Your Moroccan accounting, handled online from anywhere in the world
Whether you are based in Morocco or live in London, Paris, Dubai or New York, if you own a company, a business or a property in Morocco, we keep your Moroccan books and file your returns, with no need to travel.
Who it is for
Moroccans living abroad
A company, a shop or rental property in Morocco: bookkeeping, rental income and tax returns, all handled remotely.
Foreign investors & subsidiaries
Your Moroccan entity kept under Moroccan GAAP (CGNC), with regular reporting for the parent company.
Founders who want visibility
Clear monthly figures in English, so you can run your Moroccan business from wherever you are.
How it works
Tell us about your business
A short written questionnaire about your business, tax regime and document volume.
Engagement letter, signed remotely
A fixed monthly fee, in writing, approved from wherever you are.
Send your documents
Invoices, bank statements and receipts as photos or PDFs, by email or WhatsApp, throughout the month.
Processed in Velto
Your documents are imported, read and booked in our software, then reviewed by a Moroccan accountant (comptable agréé, OPCA).
Returns filed on time
VAT, corporate or income tax, withholding taxes and social security, e-filed with the DGI (SIMPL) and CNSS (Damancom).
Your numbers, wherever you are
Regular reporting in English, French or Arabic, and year-end financial statements.
Velto, the software behind our firm
Velto is the accounting software published by IBBI Finance, a separate company; our firm uses it under licence. Built for Moroccan rules, it lets us process your documents faster, with fewer errors, and track every deadline.
Velto is currently used in-house by our firm. A version for businesses is in preparation.

Two complementary parts: Velto keeps your books, our firm embeds into your business. The exact scope of each engagement and the related fees are set out in an engagement letter, prepared from the information you send us in writing.
