Velto automates.
A chartered accountant reviews and embeds into your business.
Our service has two parts: Moroccan accounting automated by our Velto software, and a firm that embeds into your business to help you steer and decide.
Your journey, step by step
You choose your plan
A Velto plan for your legal form and headcount and, if you wish, a Business integration add-on.
You verify your email address
You receive a one-time code: your address is confirmed and becomes your identifier with our firm.
You accept your engagement letter
Each plan has its own engagement letter: scope, expected volume, fees, each party's obligations. You accept it with a confirmation code and receive a copy. No work starts before acceptance.
You send your documents
Invoices, bank statements and receipts, as photos or PDFs, throughout the month.
Velto processes
Document reading, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT and withholding tax, deadline reminders and a monthly dashboard.
The chartered accountant reviews and prepares
Each month our firm reviews Velto's work, corrects it where needed and prepares your returns.
You approve before each filing
You receive each document with a summary of the data used, check it and approve it with a code: you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. We then file it with the tax authority (SIMPL) or social security (Damancom), on time.
We embed into your business (add-on)
A sector-specific dashboard, regular calls with management, budget, cash flow and decision support.

Fees and activity index
Year one: fixed fees
Fees are quoted and set out in your engagement letter, and stay unchanged for 12 months.
Then: a fair fee, measured by Velto
Each year, Velto computes an activity index for your file: volume, complexity, quality and timeliness of documents. Fees are adjusted accordingly, notified in advance and capped at a 15% increase per year; you may terminate if you decline.
